So, we get as far as getting the drivers installed, but even then the camera does not show up in any "removeable" media locations, or with the scanners and cameras. Everything i have read from the Sony website implies that all we need to do is plug it in to the computer and the drivers will automagically be installed via plug-n-play. We have an older Sony Handycam which did not come with any software, drivers or the likes.
